Over the years, I’ve been asked a lot about traditional metrics like market share, share of mind, and share of wallet. All of us in marketing have. There’s no doubt they’re all important.

But I believe great brands earn something more valuable: SHARE OF HEART™.

That was one of the themes we explored in this conversation with John Golden at SalesPOP!.
